Kim Rennick

Kim is an owner and director of Business Clarity and three other companies.  Over the last nine years he has worked as a Master Business Coach to help numerous Business Owners achieve their business goals.

He has an Engineering Degree from UNSW and is a Certified Practising Engineer (CPEng). 

He has post-graduate qualifications from the AGSM, MSGM and AIM in key business areas including Finance and Accounting, Strategic Planning, Marketing, Selling and Business Leadership.

Kim began his career in software engineering and IT systems design, and then progressed into business management

Prior to establishing Business Clarity with his partners, he had 26 years business experience, working at senior levels with blue-chip multinational corporations in Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and SE Asia.

He has worked with managers at all levels (to CEO level) in businesses ranging from blue chip multi-national corporations to SMEs.  In so doing he has built up a high level of expertise and respect with his clients.  He has achieved particular success in taking organisations from start-up through to well-established enterprises.

He is also a recognised expert in the global automotive industry who is often quoted in major metropolitan newspapers. He continues to work as a consultant to all levels of the industry in Australia and overseas.

Kim’s business expertise enables him to approach any business and its owner with a depth of real-world knowledge and experience to achieve their goals.  He enjoys working at the strategic level and brings a professional, analytical approach to the day-to-day issues facing his clients in their businesses.
