To Whom It May Concern,

Giles Patterson introduced himself to our company in late 2005.  He began working with us at the start of 2006.

The timing was opportune as we had previously discussed the future of the company. To bubble along as we had done for the past decade and be safe in our own little cocoon or make a concerted effort to become a major player in our field - and a far more profitable business?

Since the time Giles became our business coach, we have seen Megadeck grow and it has been a wonderful, rewarding experience.

Our sales are up 150%; our rentals are up by 25% and our profit is up by 160%.

This was due in a large part to the enthusiasm, experience and gentle, though robust, guidance of Giles.

Giles has shown us the many other facets of running a business that all business people need to know. With hindsight, all he has taught us now seems self-evident. But, we had to be shown and had to learn the lessons for ourselves.

We thank Giles Patterson and Business Clarity for showing us the way and we are both eargerly awaiting next year, Giles our coach and the future of our company.
