…..Just a brief note from Peter and myself to let you know how thrilled we are and how much value we gained from working with you on the Coaching and Mentoring Program.

….Like many others we were a little uncertain of the outcome when we took on the program. It seemed daunting at first. And there were times, especially during the first 6 moths when we wondered was it worth it…

But the final results have been pretty extraordinary! At a time when we increased our revenues by 285% we have added structure to the business and built both a sales team and an operations team. You've helped motivate us, organise us to structure our business and kept us focused on working "on the business" and not just "in the business".

We've gone from doing the vast majority of the sales and the physical work to now having highly motivated teams handle nearly all of that. (Yes,…we still have to occasionally put in time doing those things…but it's a big change from doing it every day.)

Now we are focused on the next stage of growing the business. Setting up the deals to take our business interstate and, in future, oversees. Before all this seemed unachievable but now, thanks to your help, it is now in action.

So Peter and I would just like to say a big Thank You for your assistance and let you know how happy we are with the outcome of your coaching and mentoring program.

Hi Giles,

It's been nearly 2 years since I last wrote a note to thank you for all the help you've given us in our business, so I thought it was appropriate to write again.

It is without question we wouldn't be where we are today without you.

Although you have always said it is us who are putting the ACTIONS in place.  You have provided us (especially me) with the guidance, motivation, encouragement and external influences we needed for things to happen. Since I last wrote in July 2003, we have now fully systemised our business, Peter and I are out of the day-to-day operations or management of the Sydney business and we have now franchised with franchisees operational on the Gold Coast and Newcastle with more in the pipeline.

Also in the past month, we have had positive discussions in regards to joint ventures in the USA and a possible pilot operation in New Zealand. Very Exciting!!

We still have along wat to go for GLOBAL DOMINATION but now I can see it happening wereas before we started on your coaching and mentoring program, it was only a dream.

You are not only a great business coach but a truly genuine and sincere person.

Thank you once again and I look forward to our next stage when we begin working with you on our International expansion!!
