"Prior Premature Ageing"

Having worked for my business for six years prior to owning it, I was doing long hours and big days (my choice). I was getting paid by volume of work installed and pushed out heaps, never letting my quality and standards drop. I loved it. "Give me money".

After six years, one of the previous owners decided that he was going to retire and because of my loyalty to his business he offered me to buy his share out.

It was maybe two weeks after taking over the business that I first spoke to Frank, Business Clarity. I told him that although I was having chest pains and feeling very stressed that I could do this on my own, or least would like to try before employing his services.

Six months on, the business had complete control of me. Frank continued to call but I kept refusing his services. Eventually I opened the door. Frank made an appointment to come in and see us whereupon we signed up.

Since that day Frank has been a voice of positivity always managing to lift my spirits and inspire me. (Don't get me wrong, it has been a constant battle) I know I have frustrated the hell out of him, not completing tasks aimed at systemising my business and being too soft a leader, repeatedly getting dragged down under and drowning in work.

These stressful times are becoming fewer and less controlling thanks to a few crutial systems being in place now and having some sort of conformity throughout our employees.

There is still a lot of learning to be done but the figures are speaking for themselves. With the help of Frank we have a really strong database in place which enables me to know exactly how our sales and our sales representatives are going at any time.
