Thank you.

When I first met you I was not sure that you could help me, I was starting work at 4 or 5 in the morning and working until 7 or 8 at night, plus Saturdays and sometimes I would go into the factory on Sundays.

I was not spending much time with my family and I was not going fishing, but I was making money.

When we started the program, I was not sure things seems to be very hard for me because I felt that I had to do everything myself. I knew this because every one wated me, my employees kept making mistakes and I had to fix them up. Right from the sale calls, all the customers wanted was to talk to me, every time the customers wanted to know how their job was they called me. I had to fix up the drawings from the Salesman, I had to follow up to ensure that the deal was done correctly. If there was a problem with installation, I had to sort it out.

I simply did not have enough hours in the day, emotionally I was stressed, physically I was exhausted and I was convinced that that was my life.

Then you turned up.

what you said made sense but I didn't see how it could be done, but I trusted you.

As you explained The Cycle of Business, I saw my business clearer, but I still did not see a way out of where I was. As we worked together, gradually things became better I learned the power of systems, how to delegate, to trust people and how to say NO.

Once thing that had a great impact was the team meetings you ran, these were excellent and the team responded far better that I expected. They got alot out of it, the productivity increased and they all treat each other with a high level of respect, thanks fro that.

Well Frank, thank you for giving me my life back, I now work 4 days a week at the Factory and 1 day from home. I start at 7 or 8 and finish and 4 or 5 PLUS I have lost weight and I have been able to go fishing. I recently spent 6 days up near Gove, a great place.

I know that we still have a long way to go but we are getting there step by step.
