1 August 2008 I first met Frank of Business Clarity when I attended a workshop on Succession Planning run by Westpac. Frank attended with two of his clients and I had the opportunity to talk with them and get a bit of an idea how he helped his clients. Frank and I exchanged business cards and agreed to talk at a later date. Frank rang several times and after several discussions with my business partner, Rob, we agreed to meet with him. We were very impressed with his knowledge of business and his experience as a Business Coach. After the meeting, Rob and I discussed the possibility of engaging Frank and Rob said that there would be definate value but the cost could be an issue. After a lot of discussion we agreed to engage Frank and signed up on the 15th June 2007. At the time we signed up we were not in very good shape we were trading well below breakeven, as Frank demonstrated, as a result things where going backward at a great speed. Three months into the process we were running out of money and things were not looking good, but there were good signs. Frank stuck by us and agreed to work through this and we landed a couple of jobs, thanks to the systems that we put in track with Business Clarity and the Sales Training we could see an improvement happening but we were far from out of the woods. Over the next 6 months we stuck at it and monitored all our leads, reviewed our costing, redrafted our terms and conditions, engaged the team and focused on continually improving what we did. And then it started to happen, a couple of jobs dropped we gradually started to clas ourserlves out of the hole we now have alot more work and the numbers are lot better. We are now well above breakeven, we have money in the bank to pay all our bills, jobs are being well managed by the team and we have some great systems but there is still alot more to do. So what can I say about Frank, Business Coaching and the team at Business Clarity; I think that the best business decision that I ever amde was to go to the Westpac workshop, great workshop but the best thing to come out of it was meeting Frank andt he team at Business Clarity. It was their support, direction; knowledge and encouragement that helped me gain the confidence to occupy the position as Owner and Managing Directory of my business. I have no hesitation in recommending them to help any one who wnats to improve their business, but you have to be prepared to work hard. There are lot of tools they have that will help you but there are no short cuts. You have to be prepared to work hard. Yours faithfully
