Hi Giles,

Now that we are in the 12th month of your coaching and mentoring program I thought I’d give you some feedback on how it has gone from my perspective.

Frankly I’m surprised at how successful it has been. You see when we began the program I already had a very successful dental practice. In fact I was making three times more the average dentist. (Well after all who wants to be average?) So my expectations for growth under the program were not large.

What did we get? A 47% increase in turn-over! That’s phenomenal.

And that’s not the only thing we’ve achieved. We have:

• Refined parts of our marketing to increase leads
• Refined our test and measure (a great bonus)

We now have specific roles and responsibilities for the team that have helped in the smooth running of the business

And even better we are forecasting a 33% increase in turn-over for the next 12 months. We know where the business is going to come from and we know how we’ll deliver it.

So thank you Giles for the coaching and mentoring program. It’s been a great experience. I’m looking forward to the next 12 months working “on” my business and on my golf handicap!
